Job Profile

• Design and develop HVAC systems based on project requirements and specifications.
• Prepare HVAC load calculations, system designs, layouts, and equipment selections.
• Prepare accurate BOQs, cost estimates, quotations, tender documents, and project proposals.
• Review tender and project specifications and develop technically and commercially viable solutions.
• Handle estimation and costing for HVAC projects from initial inquiry through to project execution.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, suppliers, contractors, and internal teams.
• Provide technical support during project execution and resolve design-related issues.
• Ensure HVAC designs comply with applicable industry standards and project requirements.
• Evaluate supplier quotations and support procurement and technical negotiations.
• Keep updated with the latest HVAC technologies, products, and industry standards.

Candidate Profile

• 5+ years of relevant experience in the HVAC/Air-Conditioning industry.
• Experience with a reputed AC/HVAC company will be highly advantageous.
• Strong experience in HVAC design, estimation, BOQ preparation, costing, tender/project proposals, and project execution.
• Good technical knowledge of VRF, VRV, Chilled Water, and other HVAC systems.
• Strong understanding of HVAC equipment, installation practices, and system applications.
• Membership of ASHRAE or relevant qualifications/knowledge related to ASHRAE standards will be an added advantage.
• Strong analytical, technical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as to coordinate effectively with project teams.
