Role Summary

The position holder will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing air conditioning systems, ensuring efficiency, safety, and compliance. Duties include diagnostics, repairs, refrigerant handling, training service franchise agents, and maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Install air conditioning systems and related components according to technical specifications and safety standards.
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on AC units and HVAC systems.
• Identify faults in air conditioning systems and perform timely repairs.
• Follow company procedures for all services, installations, and repairs, using mobile applications to ensure accuracy and quality.
• Comply with safety rules and HVAC standards, and use tools, equipment, and refrigerants safely.
• Provide technical support and quality service to customers to ensure satisfaction.

Requirements/Qualifications

• Passed GCE (A/L) and GCE (O/L) Examinations.
• NVQ Level 4 or an equivalent qualification, or a higher professional qualification in Air Conditioning.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in handling similar tasks.
• Effective communication skills and knowledge in ERP will be an added advantage.
• Age below 35 years.
