Technical Supervisor - HVAC Projects

Role Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Technical Supervisor to oversee HVAC installation activities, ensure quality workmanship, and coordinate with project stakeholders to deliver successful HVAC projects safely, efficiently, and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct HVAC site visits and inspections as requested by the Engineer.
• Supervise HVAC installation work in accordance with approved drawings, project specifications, and quality standards.
• Monitor installation quality and minimize defects, rework, and material wastage.
• Coordinate daily with engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth site operations.
• Maintain site records, installation checklists, progress reports, and project documentation.

Requirements/Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 or Level 4 qualification in a relevant technical field.
• 1–4 years' experience in HVAC or MEP site supervision.
• Sound knowledge of VRF, DX AHU, Package Air Conditioning, Ventilation, and Industrial HVAC systems.
• Ability to read technical drawings and supervise installation teams.
• Good communication, teamwork, and coordination skills.
• Experience in VRF system installations will be an added advantage.
