Air Conditioning (Split AC) Technician

Role Summary

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Air Conditioning (Split AC) Technician to join our team at our upcoming luxury resort. You will be responsible for the installation, servicing, maintenance, and repair of split air conditioning units, ensuring all systems operate efficiently to deliver maximum comfort to our guests.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years’ experience with split air conditioning systems.
• Experience in installation, servicing, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with Chinese-manufactured AC units is an added advantage.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Technical training or certification in air conditioning (advantageous).
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems and safety procedures.
• Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Clean driving license (advantageous).

Key Responsibilities

• Install, test, commission, and repair split air conditioning units.
• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Diagnose and rectify faults efficiently.
• Ensure all AC systems are fully operational before the resort opening.
• Maintain service records and coordinate with the project team.
