Requirements/Qualifications

Minimum Qualification - Diploma (NVQ 5) or equivalent qualifications in the related field.
Minimum 1 year of experience in IT support in the relevant field.
Good knowledge on computer hardware, operating systems and network troubleshooting.
Experience in social media content creation and account management.
Photos/videos editing skills will be an added advantage.
Knowledge on website management/WordPress will be an added advantage.
Good communication skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
