Role Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and committed individual who is willing to take the challenge. The ideal candidate should possess the following.

Job Role

• Analyze and provide solutions for efficiency and process improvements.
• Bottom experience.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and develop, analyze and present solutions.
• Assisting department layout and product floor in the fulfillment of the organization.
• Across all operational processes, conduct ergonomic evaluation, recommending and implementing improvements to work area designs.
• Assist in providing guidance to distribution and logistics related to effective and efficient use of assets and processes.
• Serve as technical supervisor on specialized project or program, act as advisor to management or customers.

Individual Profile

• Minimum 2 years' experience in similar capacity.
• Age below 40 years.
• Degree/Diploma related to production/manufacturing/industrial engineering or equivalent qualification.
• Preference will be given to candidates who has lean manufacturing exposure.
• Excellent communication & negotiation skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills & work in a team based environment.
• Ability to lead make rational decision in a fast-paced environment.
