Logistics & Import Operations Executive
Alumka Food Equipment (Pvt) Ltd

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate import shipments and monitor ongoing imports
- Monitor shipping documentation (BL, CusDec, Commercial Invoices, etc.)
- Coordinate container arrivals, customs clearance and unloading operations
- Monitor stock transfers and stock-out to customer deliveries
- Coordinate with warehouse, sales and delivery teams
- Maintain an organized filing system for import and logistics documents
- Keep accurate records and follow up on pending shipments and deliveries
Ideal Candidate
- Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Management or a related field will be an added advantage
- Previous experience in logistics, imports, shipping or warehouse operations is an advantage
- Good computer literacy (MS Excel and document management)
- Strong organizational, communication and coordination skills
- Good attention to detail and ability to follow up independently
- Familiarity with BLs, CusDecs and import documentation will be an added advantage
