Executive - Import

Requirements

• Degree in International trade, Logistics & Supply chain management or an equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
• 2 – 3 years of working experience in a similar capacity in a manufacturing or engineering industry.
• Good knowledge in Import/ Export procedure and related documentation would be considered.
• Strong negotiator with excellent communication skills in English.
• Ability to work independently, perform under pressure & time management.
• Desire and commitment to meet deadline.
• Must be able to work long and extended hours.

Internship - Import

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma / Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, Business Management, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of import procedures and international trade documentation.
• Knowledge of shipping, freight forwarding, customs procedures, and import regulations is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of Incoterms, Purchase Orders, Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Bills of Lading, and Letters of Credit.
• Good MS Office skills, especially Excel and Word.
• Good English communication and writing skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, shipping agents, and internal departments.
