A leading SLTDA approved inbound travel company is seeking for an inbound tour executives (Work From Home) who can handle inbound tour operation (B2C). Candidate should be self-motivated, dynamic and enthusiastic with strong customer relation and business development.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and prepare customized inbound tour itineraries with accurate quotations for B2C clients
• Handle day-to-day tour operations — hotel reservations, transport arrangements, guide assignments, and other service reservations
• Respond to client enquiries promptly and professionally via email, WhatsApp, and telephone
• Coordinate with hotels, suppliers, and service providers to ensure seamless tour execution
• Monitor and manage inbound tour from the receipt of the enquiry until client depart from Sri Lanka
• Prepare accurate tour costings based on current hotel rates, transport costs, and entrance fees
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in assigned markets

Key requirements

• Minimum 2 years experience of inbound tour operation
• Solid working knowledge of itinerary planning, tour costing, and transport logistics across Sri Lanka
• Strong geographical knowledge of Sri Lanka — destinations, road networks, seasonal patterns, and attractions
• Proficiency in hotel rate structures, contracting, and supplier management
• Fluent in English — both written and verbal — to a professional standard
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and internet-based communication tools

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously

• Team player with a positive, can-do attitude
