Responsibilities

• Extensive exposure to various tour programs and a strong understanding of hotels across all regions of Sri Lanka.
• In-depth knowledge of planning, executing, and managing inbound travel itineraries, including a solid grasp of hotel rates, chauffeurs, and supplier networks.
• Provide clients with detailed insights on destinations, tourist attractions, culture, and local customs.
• Prepare and manage tour budgets and costings to ensure efficiency and profitability.
• Work collaboratively with the team, while demonstrating strong interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to communicate fluently in English and handle correspondence independently.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in tour operations and destination management.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.
• Proven track record of meeting client expectations and providing comprehensive destination information.
