Requirements/Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Industrial & Production Engineering, Textile Engineering, Apparel Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
• Minimum 8–12 years of Industrial Engineering experience in the apparel manufacturing industry.
• Strong leadership, team management, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
