Role Summary

MAS Holdings is seeking an energetic Executive - Industrial Engineering to join the Bodywear Value Stream at MAS Unichela - Panadura. The role involves ensuring the Industrial Engineering function is aligned with business requirements by submitting competitive costed Standard Minute Values to meet customer target prices, driving savings through method and process improvements, and ensuring manufacturing feasibility.

Requirements

• Degree in Physical Science, Statistics, or a National Diploma/Higher National Diploma in Textile.
• 1-2 years of industrial experience in Industrial Engineering.
