Role Summary

Star is a world-class apparel sourcing, design, and manufacturing company. The selected candidate will be responsible for the cost of production, evaluating and performing investigations on all variances for planned and actual results for industrial processes, maintaining track of all information, and ensuring the integrity of all results for IE processes to enhance plant productivity and operational flexibility.

Requirements/Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 10 years of overall experience in Industrial Engineering, including at least 3 years in a similar capacity.
• Technical Skills: Experience in method, operation sequence, handling improvement, and Quick Changeover processes in both knit and woven. Sound knowledge in Work Measurement & Time Study, Line Balancing Techniques, Capacity Planning, SMV Development, Factory Layout Optimization, and Manufacturing KPIs.
• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering recognized by the UGC, a Higher Diploma, or an equivalent professional qualification.
• Preferred Qualifications: Postgraduate qualifications, relevant professional memberships, GSD License, Lean Management certification, and Project Management professional qualification.
• Age Limit: Upper age limit of 45 years.
