Role Summary

We are looking for a dynamic individual with a passion to pursue a career in Industrial Engineering. The ideal candidate should be an energetic team player with excellent communication, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work independently to achieve defined business KPIs.

Key Responsibilities

• Apply real industrial engineering in the garment industry to optimize complex processes and systems.
• Maximize IE Department effectiveness by managing IE executives and collaborating with other departments.
• Manage 24 lines (one line-28 directs) and achieve an average of 50 QCOs per month.
• Report to the IE Deputy General Manager with a focus on KPI achievement.
• Implement 4M+1S optimum utilization and ECRS (Eliminate, Combine, Rearrange, Simplify) methods.
• Perform workstation re-engineering, GSD application, and style simplification.
• Drive continuous improvement, capacity balancing, and SMV management.
• Oversee skill development, cross-training, and skill matrix maintenance.
• Ensure process adherence, including lean manufacturing and KAIZEN implementation.
• Maintain audit requirements and provide data-driven analysis on KPIs and manpower requirements.
• Ensure strict compliance with social compliance standards.

Requirements/Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Engineering, Textile Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in a similar capacity.
• Knowledge of GSD and lean manufacturing.
• ICT literacy.
• Ability to work as a team.
