Role Summary

Bondville (Pvt) Ltd is a leading apparel manufacturing company. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Industrial Engineering Executive to contribute to production efficiency, process improvement, and productivity enhancement.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct time studies, SMV calculations, and method studies to improve production efficiency.
• Prepare and update Operation Bulletins (OBs), machine layouts, and manpower plans.
• Perform line balancing and monitor line efficiency to achieve production targets.
• Monitor production KPIs, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with Production, Quality, and Maintenance teams to ensure smooth production flow.
• Drive Lean manufacturing initiatives, including 5S, Kaizen, and waste reduction.
• Monitor operator performance, maintain skill matrices, and support operator training.
• Support capacity and production planning by providing accurate IE data.
• Analyze production performance and prepare reports on efficiency, SMV, manpower utilization, and productivity.
• Identify opportunities for cost reduction and continuous process improvement.

Requirements/Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Industrial Engineering, Textile & Clothing Technology, or a related discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in Production Industrial Engineering within the apparel manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of garment construction, line balancing, time study, method study, SMV calculation, and production planning.
• Experience with GSD systems and Lean manufacturing practices is an added advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other IE-related tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive team player with the ability to work under pressure.
