Key Responsibilities

• Represent the function at team meetings and provide details pertaining to QCO, feeding time, skill base and other technical related issues identified/highlighted by production teams.
• Engage with teams and obtain details pertaining to critical operations and provide necessary guidance / support production teams to resolve bottlenecks in same.
• Develop QCO layouts by identifying skill & machine requirements and analyse the performance of same prior to releasing it to production.
• Co-ordinate with relevant teams and identify the skill development requirements of employees and facilitate necessary training programs to enhance skill levels.
• Engage in work place arrangement during line feeding, generate required reports and circulate same the same to relevant teams.
• Perform additional duties commensurate with the current role, as and when requested by management.

Requirements/Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Industrial Engineering
• 2-3 years of relevant experience
• Good analytical skills
• Good communication skills
