Role Summary

Silueta (Pvt) Ltd, a subsidiary of MAS Holdings, is seeking a dedicated Executive - Industrial Engineering to join their team in Biyagama. The role involves coordinating pre-production processes and pilot runs for new styles, providing technical and methodological guidance for efficient bulk production, and preparing layout and line designs.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate pre-production processes and pilot runs for new styles.
• Provide technical and methodological guidance to ensure smooth and efficient bulk production flow.
• Prepare layout and line design using AutoCAD String.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering or a National Diploma in Technology.
• 2-4 years of Industrial Engineering experience in the Apparel Industry.
