Industrial Engineering Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure high productivity in the assigned area by applying industrial engineering methods and optimising Standard Minute Value (SMV).
• Identify skill gaps and support team development to enhance performance and decision-making.
• Analyse new styles, estimate SMV, and ensure Quick Change Over (QCO) is carried out efficiently on the production line.
• Coordinate with the mechanical team to arrange effective machine layouts and ensure compliance with safety procedures.
• Provide technical support and input to continuously improve operational efficiency.

Requirements/Qualifications

• Degree and/ or a Diploma in Clothing Technology, Physical Science or Industrial Engineering.
• Knowledge of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong multi-tasking, prioritisation and time management skills.
• Well-developed analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Minimum 3 years’ of experience as an Industrial Engineering Executive.
