Machine Operator - Wadduwa

Role Summary

As a Machine Operator at our dairy processing plant, you will be responsible for operating and monitoring production machinery to ensure smooth, efficient, and safe manufacturing processes. You will work closely with the production team to achieve daily production targets while maintaining the highest standards of quality, hygiene, and safety. This position is based at our subsidiary company, Richlife Dairies Ltd., located in Wadduwa.

Requirements

• GCE O/L pass.
• Have completed a technical course from a recognized Institute.
• Male.
• Age below 45 years.

Experience

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in operating, setting up, and troubleshooting manufacturing machinery.
• Tetra, UHT experience will be an added advantage.
• Food industry experience will be an added advantage.
• Good communication skills, teamwork work and positive thinking.
• Able to work on a shift basis.
• Willing to work shifts, overtime, and weekends when required in a factory setting.
• Candidates residing in Wadduwa or nearby areas such as Panadura, Kalutara, and Bandaragama will have an added advantage.
