Requirements/Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in account management or a similar sales role.
• A recognized qualification in marketing or sales will be an added advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Attract new customers and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
• Manage financial processes, including timely payment collection and resolving related issues.
• Handle customer complaints and challenges to support retention.
• Prepare and present weekly and monthly sales reports with performance insights.
• Drive revenue growth by expanding existing accounts and identifying new business opportunities.
