Requirements/Qualifications

• Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of computer systems, networks, IT concepts, Windows/Linux operating systems, Office 365, and cloud computing.
• Soft Skills: Strong willingness to learn, initiative, good problem-solving aptitude, attention to detail, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Professionalism: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and commitment to confidentiality.

Required Skills and Expertise

• Basic Coding: Understanding of programming concepts and scripting languages for troubleshooting and automation.
• MS Office & Networking: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and foundational knowledge of networking (IP addressing, connectivity, network troubleshooting).
• Databases: Familiarity with SQL for querying, retrieval, and data management.
• ITIL & Agile: Awareness of ITIL service management principles and agile methodologies.
• Additional Assets: Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud), knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, relevant certifications (CompTIA IT Fundamentals, Google IT Support), coursework in system administration or cybersecurity, interest in healthcare technology, and scripting experience.
