IT Executive - Miami Clothing (Pvt) Ltd

Role Summary

We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled IT Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the organization’s IT infrastructure, providing technical support, managing IT assets, and ensuring the smooth operation of hardware, software, network services, and business applications. This role requires strong troubleshooting skills, attention to detail, and the ability to support day-to-day IT operations across multiple departments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, operating systems, and business applications.
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and peripheral devices.
  • Manage and troubleshoot LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and network connectivity issues.
  • Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot network and local printers, scanners, and other office equipment.
  • Manage, monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot APIs and system integrations to ensure seamless business operations.
  • Perform user account administration, access management, and system configuration.
  • Maintain IT documentation, including network diagrams, asset records, and technical procedures.
  • Manage the complete lifecycle of IT assets, inventory, allocation, maintenance, and disposal.
  • Perform routine system maintenance, software updates, patch management, and antivirus monitoring.
  • Provide on-site and remote support to users across company locations.

Qualifications

  • Diploma, HND, or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in an IT support or IT Executive role.
  • Strong knowledge of ERP Systems, computer hardware, Windows O/S, Microsoft 365, and Office applications.
  • Good understanding of LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and network troubleshooting.
  • Hands-on experience with APIs, printers, scanners, barcode devices, and other IT peripherals.
  • Experience in IT documentation, asset management, and inventory control.
  • Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication, teamwork, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
