Primary Job Role
The Executive – Infrastructure will be responsible for supporting ICT infrastructure operations, managing IT assets and inventory, coordinating vendors, handling ICT procurement and payments, administering CAPEX and OPEX activities, and maintaining accurate documentation and reports. The role requires effective communication and stakeholder management skills to ensure the smooth delivery of ICT services and operational excellence.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain accurate records of all ICT assets, including tracking asset lifecycle activities such as procurement, allocation, transfers, repairs, and disposal.
- Ensure all assets are recorded in inventory systems promptly, comply with asset management policies, and support audit and reconciliation processes.
- Coordinate with external service providers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of ICT services, equipment, and support. Monitor vendor performance against agreed SLAs, handle service requests and escalations, and maintain effective communication to ensure uninterrupted ICT operations.
- Support the planning, tracking, and monitoring of capital (CAPEX) and operational (OPEX) expenditures related to ICT. Assist in preparing requests, maintaining cost records, ensuring proper approvals, and aligning spending with budget and financial policies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation related to ICT operations, including asset records, procurement data, vendor details, and operational reports. Prepare regular reports to support management decision-making and ensure audit readiness through proper record-keeping practices.
- Act as a key coordination point between ICT teams, end users, vendors, and internal departments such as finance and HR. Ensure clear, timely communication of updates, issues, and progress, while maintaining strong professional relationships to support efficient service delivery.
Experience
- Minimum 1 year Experience in handling ICT procurement processes, vendor coordination, and managing service requests.
- Hands-on exposure to IT asset management, infrastructure support, and basic networking or system administration activities.

- Bachelor's degree in management and IT, or any other related field or an equivalent professional qualification
