Innovation and Research Development Manager
Role Summary
As R&D & Innovation Manager, you will lead the research, development, and commercialization of innovative botanical extracts and natural ingredient solutions. You will work closely with international technical partners, research institutions, and customers while driving product innovation from concept through commercial production.
Requirements/Qualifications
- Master's Degree (minimum) in Chemistry, Food Science, or a closely related discipline from a recognized university.
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience in botanical extraction, distillation technologies, and laboratory-scale processing equipment.
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
- Strong computer literacy with excellent working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite.
- A naturally inquisitive and analytical mindset with a passion for research and innovation.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and project management skills.
- The ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Willingness and ability to travel internationally at short notice.
- The ability to perform effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced, and deadline-driven international business environment.
- Exposure to Plant Agriculture, Medicinal Plants, Botany, Agronomy, or related disciplines will be considered a distinct advantage.
