Role Summary

Ceylinco General Insurance is one of Sri Lanka's leading general insurance providers. We are looking for exceptional individuals to join our team as we continue to grow and expand our operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensuring relevant procedures of underwriting formalities are done in accordance with guidelines laid down by the company.
• Managing relationships with external/internal business heads and customers.
• Stay abreast of insurance industry standards, policies, changes and procedures.
• Processing of claims and relevant documentation as per the company guidelines.
• Maintain and provide accurate reports and data in accordance with MIS requirements.

Requirements/Qualifications

• Age below 30 years.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good command of English & Sinhala, both written and oral.
• Attention to detail and confidence to work independently, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel.
• Experience in underwriting/related field will be a definite advantage.
• School leavers who have passed A/L's are also encouraged to apply.
• A qualification in insurance or a related field will be advantageous. Candidates with a professional qualification in insurance will have a distinct advantage.
• We also welcome applications from undergraduates pursuing a degree in insurance as part of their internship requirements.
