Automation & Integration Engineer (Forward-Deployed Engineer)

Role Summary

Effectz.AI builds enterprise-grade AI and automation platforms for large organisations. As a Forward-Deployed Engineer, you will work closely with client and internal teams to understand real operational bottlenecks and build reliable end-to-end automation. This is not a low-code-only role. You will work with Power Automate, APIs, Python, desktop/browser automation, databases, ERP systems, and legacy applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand business workflows and identify automation opportunities.
• Build end-to-end automation using Power Automate, custom code, APIs, and UI automation.
• Integrate ERP, legacy, database, email, document, and third-party systems.
• Develop reliable exception handling, validation, logging, monitoring, and recovery flows.
• Support UAT with stakeholders and improve automations after deployment.
• Troubleshoot real production issues and take ownership from discovery to delivery.

Requirements

• High ownership, low ego.
• 2+ years of experience in software development, automation, systems integration, or RPA.
• Experience with Power Automate and some of the following: Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, REST APIs, browser and desktop automation.
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to understand real business processes.
