Interior Fit-Out and Joinery Site Supervisor
Role Summary
Idea Hub Trading - Maharagama is seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented Site Manager for interior fit-out projects. This is a non-desk-based role focused on on-site execution, coordination, and control across multiple projects with clear reporting to management.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing 3–4 active sites at a time.
- Overseeing day-to-day site execution, progress, and coordination of all contractors, labour, and site teams.
- Ensuring work is completed per drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Identifying and resolving site issues quickly.
- Supporting site-level planning, sequencing, and reporting progress to management.
- Tracking site progress against plans using tools like Excel.
- Ensuring projects are delivered on time and ready for handover.
Requirements/Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 4–5 years in interior fit-out site management.
- Education: Relevant qualification in construction, technical field, or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in residential and/or commercial interior fit-out.
- Strong understanding of site execution, materials, and finishing standards.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
- Strong coordination, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
- Ability to manage multiple sites simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
