Role Summary

OODOX Technologies is a fast-growing HR and payroll technology platform. We are seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic Business Development Intern to gain hands-on experience. This role is ideal for undergraduates or fresh graduates eager to develop their skills in marketing and business development.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills in English and Sinhala.
• Quick learner with a passion for business development and research.
• Ability to negotiate and build rapport with clients.
• Ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and build a pipeline of target SME leads (manufacturing, logistics, retail, services).
• Pitch OODOX via cold outreach, calls, and demos to founders/finance heads.
• Support sales demos and client onboarding.
• Manage partner outreach and channel development.
• Track KPIs including leads, demos, and closures.
