Food Safety & Compliance Intern

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in Halal certification, compliance, and food safety activities.
- Prepare and maintain certification and compliance documentation.
- Support audits, certification renewals, and document submissions.
- Verify supplier and raw material documentation.
- Assist in GMP, HACCP, and FSMS-related activities.
- Maintain SOPs, records, and traceability documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure compliance requirements are met.
Requirements
- Undergraduate or recent graduate in Food Science, Food Technology, Food Safety Management, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of Halal Certification, GMP, HACCP and ISO 22000.
- Strong documentation and report-writing skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint).
- Good communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently with attention to detail.
