Intern – System Engineer

Role Summary

eArrow (Pvt) LTD is looking for a motivated Intern – System Engineer to join our technical team. This position offers practical, supervised experience working with diverse infrastructure environments, including Linux, Windows, and cloud-based services.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide support for Windows and Linux server environments, including Azure virtual machines.
• Conduct routine system monitoring, health checks, and alert escalations.
• Manage user permissions and access via Microsoft 365 and Entra ID.
• Assist with networking fundamentals such as DNS, DHCP, VPN, and firewall configurations.
• Monitor storage usage, verify backup integrity, and support disaster recovery testing.
• Contribute to the maintenance of databases, web servers, Docker containers, and CI/CD pipelines.

Qualifications & Skills

• Recent graduates with an HND or Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Cyber Security, or a similar discipline.
• Fundamental understanding of networking, Linux/Windows systems, and troubleshooting techniques.
• Exposure to technologies like Azure, Microsoft 365, Docker, Git, or scripting languages (Python, Bash, or PowerShell).
• Strong collaborative mindset and a desire to learn.
• Practical experience through academic projects or home labs is highly valued.
• Possession of entry-level certifications (such as CCNA, AZ-900, or Linux basics) is an advantage.
