INTERNAL AUDITOR
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Review enterprise risks and internal controls
- Develop and implement the annual risk-based internal audit plan
- Conduct operational, financial and compliance audits across the Group
- Perform ad-hoc & surprise audits, and physical verifications
- Report independently to the Chairman, providing recommendations to strengthen governance, internal controls, and risk management
REQUIREMENTS
- CA Sri Lanka/ACCA – Professional or Part Professional qualification
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration or related discipline
- Minimum 5 years' post-qualification experience in Internal Audit within a diversified business environment
- Minimum 3 years' experience at Senior Auditor level in a Big Four or other reputed audit firm
ASSISTANT INTERNAL AUDITOR
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in conducting internal audits and risk assessments.
- Prepare audit working papers and reports.
- Carry out compliance reviews, stock verifications and surprise audits.
- Follow up on implementation of audit recommendations.
REQUIREMENTS
- CA Sri Lanka/ACCA – Part Professional qualification.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration or related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years' relevant Internal Audit experience in a diversified business environment.
- Minimum 2 years' audit experience in a Big Four or other reputed audit firm.
