Role Summary

We are seeking a vibrant and dynamic individual who pays great attention to detail to be part of our IE team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a high level of commitment with a track record for hard work, and the ability to succeed in a challenging, dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan manpower allocation, skill development, and machine/attachment requirements in advance.
• Support new style introductions by trainee operators, arranging workplace layouts, and communicating SMV and target efficiencies.
• Perform technical and cost reconciliations post-production and provide insights for process improvements.
• Conduct line balancing, capacity studies and implement method improvements to enhance productivity and reduce SMV.
• Monitor daily production efficiency and organize performance review meetings with the production team.

Requirements/Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in Industrial Engineering or Textile & Apparel Technology.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in the apparel sector (woven/denim garments preferred).
• Age between 25 – 40 years.
• A strong team player with a high level of motivation and commitment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, knowledge of sewing operations and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet production targets.
• Hands-on experience in IE tools, SMV analysis, line balancing & productivity improvement.
