Assistant Manager - International Marketing

Role Summary

Dankotuwa Porcelain PLC is a premier manufacturer and exporter of high-quality porcelain tableware. We are seeking a professional in international sales and marketing to join our team as an Assistant Manager International Marketing to function full time on site at Dankotuwa.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategy to drive revenue generation and achieve NP targets for the assigned market.
• Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, market needs, and the competitive landscape.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align product development initiatives with evolving trends and needs.
• Develop and execute new market entry strategies, including partnerships, joint ventures, or direct market entry to expand the customer base.
• Identify and exploit opportunities to enhance the brand image and positioning.

Requirements/Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, international business, or a related field.
• Over 5 years of experience in international sales & marketing, preferably in lifestyle products.
• Strong understanding of global market dynamics and consumer behavior.
• Sound communication and interpersonal skills.
• Residing in Negombo, Gampaha, Wattala, or the North Western Province will be an advantage.
