Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Executive - Inventory Control to manage inventory accuracy, optimise stock management processes, and ensure efficient inventory movement across our operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records and process inventory transactions.
• Monitor stock levels, conduct stock counts, and perform reconciliations.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Warehouse, Sales, Service, and Finance teams.
• Prepare inventory reports and analyse stock trends.
• Ensure compliance with inventory control procedures and support inventory audits.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or professional qualification in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or supply chain management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
