Inventory Coordinator

Role Summary

Asian Group of Companies is looking for an Inventory Controller to ensure accurate inventory management, maintain stock levels, and streamline processes to support production and business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain stock levels for raw materials, finished goods, and other items.
• Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile with ERP system data.
• Identify and address inventory discrepancies.
• Minimize stock variances through effective tracking.
• Oversee all stock movements (receiving, storing, issuing, and transferring).
• Utilize ERP system to manage data, generate reports, and analyze trends.
• Provide detailed inventory reports highlighting metrics like turnover rates.
• Recommend inventory optimization strategies.
• Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, procurement, production, and sales teams.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Maintain accurate records for internal and external audits.

Requirements/Qualifications

• Proven experience in inventory management or a similar role (1-3 years preferred).
• Strong understanding of inventory control principles and practices.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office (Excel in particular).
