Role Summary

H.E. Marketing (Pvt) Ltd is a well-established company that markets world-renowned food and beverage products to hotels, grocery stores, and supermarkets in Sri Lanka.

Requirements

• 1–2+ years of store/warehouse experience.
• Experience with stock counts and reconciliation.
• Capability to manage manual inventory and work under pressure.
• Strong time-management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• A positive team player with interpersonal skills.
• Age below 40.

Key Responsibilities

• Directly report to the Managing Director regarding all store functions.
• Manage routine issuing, receiving, and stock-taking.
• Secure safety of labor and materials.
• Manage, control, and maintain accurate inventory.
• Maintain the store area neat, clean, and organized.
• Handle items safely and delicately.
• Ensure accurate and complete documentation of goods received and returned.
• Guarantee precise dispatch of goods to customers (item, quantity, location).
