Store Keeper

J.N. INTERIORS (PVT) LTD is a leading interior designing and civil construction company. As part of our expansion, we have established a new furniture factory in Bandaragama and are seeking a responsible and organized Store Keeper to manage inventory operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, and properly store incoming raw materials, components, and finished goods.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and update stock movements in the system.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate timely replenishment of materials.
• Issue materials to production departments according to approved requests.
• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and handling of materials to prevent damage or loss.
• Conduct regular stock checks and periodic inventory audits.
• Maintain store organization, cleanliness, and safety standards.
• Coordinate with production, purchasing, and logistics teams for smooth material flow.
• Prepare inventory reports and communicate stock status to management.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and safety requirements.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum 2–5 years of experience as a Store Keeper, Inventory Assistant, or similar role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of inventory control, stock management, and material handling procedures.
• Experience using inventory management systems or ERP software will be an advantage.
• Good numerical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to maintain proper documentation and records.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
