Role Summary

MCB Sri Lanka is looking for a dynamic and career-oriented individual to manage a portfolio of customer relationships in Corporate, Emerging Corporate, and Mid-Market segments.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of customer relationships in Corporate, Emerging Corporate, and Mid-Market segments.
• Responsible for assets and liability sales, improving trade volumes, and achieving assigned KPIs.
• Accountable for customer assessment for credit worthiness, regular reviews, and overdue management.
• Bring in new bank clients, analyze and appraise credit proposals while adhering to credit and compliance guidelines.
• Maintain sound knowledge of banking products and regulations.

Requirements/Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of banking experience with 2–3 years of experience in handling corporate clientele.
• Experience in credit is mandatory.
• Graduate from a recognized university or part/full qualification in banking.
• Professional qualification in Sales and Marketing from a recognized professional body.
• Strong written, oral communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and cross-selling skills.
• Team player with the ability to work independently.
