ISMS Implementation Specialist

Role Summary: We invite applications from dynamic and dedicated professionals for the role of ISMS Implementation Officer. The selected candidate will support the establishment, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the hospital's Information Security Management System (ISMS) in line with ISO/IEC 27001 standards, with opportunities for career growth in ISMS and information security.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of the ISMS in compliance with ISO/IEC 27001.
• Help review and update information security policies, procedures, controls, and risk documentation.
• Support risk assessments, internal audits, and compliance reviews.
• Participate in delivering information security awareness sessions and training programs for staff.
• Monitor, report, and contribute to improving the organization's overall security posture.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications such as CISA, CISSP, CISMP and/or ISO 27001 Lead Implementer/Auditor are a plus.
• 2 years of experience in Information Security, IT risk, compliance, or related fields.
• Basic understanding of ISO 27001 and related standards.
• Strong communication skills and willingness to learn and engage with stakeholders.
• Ambition to develop into a full ISMS role; ISO 27001 Certification is an added advantage.
