IT ASSISTANT
Interns and Freshers are invited
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- oversee all day-to-day POS configurations & integrated applications.
- New locations & users, menu & menu rollout implementation including gift voucher processing & promotions..
- Work with IT Service Provider to facilitate equipment sourcing, inventory & installation support..
- Fare knowledge of SQL Database related queries.
- Installing, maintaining, repairing, and replacing security cameras, computer networks, and other equipment used in video surveillance system.
- Operating computer systems that monitor surveillance camera feeds for activity.
- troubleshoot company IT Infrastructure including IT Equipment.
- Knowledge in Office 365 and other email related in-house and cloud applications.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum 1-year hands on experience in similar capacity.
- Minimum Qualification HND in Computing or relevant qualifications.
- Excellent organizational skills, as well as the ability to stay focused on completing tasks and meeting goals within a busy workspace & good team player
- Fare knowledge in Sarasa Easy way of Point sales would be an Advantage.
