Job Responsibilities
- System Support & Administration: Support and maintain ERP, HRM, SFA and Office 365 systems. Assist with user management, data management and troubleshooting. Ensure smooth operation and availability of systems and applications.
- Hardware Support: Maintain and troubleshoot computer hardware and peripherals. Assist with installation and configuration of devices and equipment.
- Network Support: Monitor and maintain network connectivity and performance. Assist with basic network troubleshooting and security.
Key Skills & Requirements
- Knowledge in ERP, HRM, SFA and Office 365.
- Hardware knowledge (PC, peripherals, installation, troubleshooting).
- Network knowledge (LAN/WAN, connectivity, basic security).
- Good problem-solving skills and willingness to learn.
- Age below 25 years.
