Requirements
- Following or completed a Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365 applications.
- Good understanding of computer hardware, software installation, and troubleshooting.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated, organized, and eager to learn new technologies.
- A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Provide end-user support for Windows laptops, desktops, printers, and peripheral devices.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware, software, and standard business applications.
- Assist with Microsoft 365 applications and endpoint device management.
- Support operating system installations, updates, patching, and endpoint security.
- Maintain IT asset inventory, software licenses, and device records.
- Respond to IT support requests and maintain accurate documentation.
- Assist with IT infrastructure projects, including hardware deployments and office relocations.
- Ensure compliance with IT security policies and organizational standards.
