Job Description
Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for the modernization and evolution of the data center IT infrastructure, incorporating emerging technologies such as cloud integration, Hyper-Converged Infrastructure (HCI), Containerized Server environments, Software-Defined Networking (SDN), Advanced Automation, Stability, Uptime, and Operational Maintenance while Oversee the 24/7/365 operation of all data center facilities.
Ensure the data center IT infrastructure is in full compliance with all internal banking policies, external financial regulations, industry standards, and relevant certifications (PCIDSS, ISO 270001, etc.)
Design, maintain, and regularly test the High Availability architecture across all core data center components to guarantee continuous service delivery. Also Lead regular, mandatory DR drills and failover testing to ensure the bank's resilience and meet required Recovery Time Objectives (RTO) and Recovery Point Objectives (RPO)
Who we're looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering / Information Technology / Computer Science which recognized by the University Grants Commission.
- A minimum of 8+ years of progressive experience in IT infrastructure management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role managing a large, mission-critical data center, preferably within the Banking or Financial Services sector.
- Certification in VMware or Nutanix is advantageous.
- Certification of CKA/REDHAT Open shift is advantageous.
