IT Operations & DevOps Intern

Role Summary

We are looking for a motivated intern to join our team and assist in managing high-availability platform environments. This role offers practical exposure to cloud-based production systems, specifically within AWS, while providing mentorship from seasoned DevOps and IT Operations experts.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with daily system monitoring and IT operational tasks.
• Help maintain the reliability and performance of our platform and infrastructure.
• Document and track technical incidents.
• Support data validation and reporting processes.
• Collaborate with various teams to maintain uninterrupted service.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in IT, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a similar discipline.
• Familiarity with Linux, AWS, and database management is advantageous.
• Strong analytical capabilities and a focus on detail.
• Effective communication skills and a proactive approach to learning.
• A passion for troubleshooting and understanding production system mechanics.
