Role Summary

We are looking for a responsible and efficient Cleaning Supervisor to oversee cleaning operations across multiple client sites while maintaining high service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Regularly visit client sites to supervise cleaning services.
• Supervise daily tasks of the cleaning staff to ensure quality standards.
• Ensure cleaning standards and service quality are maintained.
• Recruit and select cleaning staff.
• Deploy staff to sites as needed and maintain adequate staffing levels.
• Identify and resolve issues at work sites promptly.
• Provide necessary reports and updates to management.

Requirements/Qualifications

• Previous experience in cleaning supervision or a similar capacity.
• Experience in recruiting cleaning staff.
• Good knowledge of cleaning methods and staff management.
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel to various work sites as required.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple sites simultaneously.
