With over 10 years of experience and 110+ active clients worldwide, we are establishing an offshore delivery center in Sri Lanka to offer cost-effective, professional, and round-the-clock accounting services to clients globally. We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented female candidate to join our team as a Trainee/Junior Accounts staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting entries
• Prepare and maintain invoices, receipts, and payment records
• Support bank reconciliations and petty cash management
• Coordinate with vendors and clients on billing matters
• Assist in preparing financial reports for month-end
• Support the finance team during month-end closing and audit processes

Qualifications & Skills

• Diploma, Degree, or Professional Qualification in Accounting/Finance preferred — candidates willing to learn and starting fresh are also welcome to apply
• Good English communication skills are mandatory
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel is an advantage
• Good organizational skills and ability to multitask
• Only female applicants will be considered
• Residing in or near Ragama or within the Western Province is an added advantage
