Quantity Surveyor

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare BOQs, estimates, and project cost reports.
• Monitor project costs and subcontractor payments.
• Prepare interim valuations and final accounts.
• Coordinate with site teams to ensure effective cost control.

Requirements

• Degree/HNDE/NDT in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in the construction industry.
• Road project experience is mandatory.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and AutoCAD.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Assistant Quantity Surveyor

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in quantity take-offs and measurements.
• Support the preparation of BOQs and payment certificates.
• Maintain project cost records and documentation.
• Coordinate with project teams and suppliers.

Requirements

• Diploma/HNDE/NDT in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
• Road project experience is preferred.
• Good knowledge of MS Office.
• Willing to work in Jaffna.
