Job Outline

• Maximize cargo uplift from booked loads.
• Track and trace shipments with GHA and SkyCargo Hub.
• Enter accurate AWB data into SkyChain or similar systems.
• Prepare documents for special cargo (DG, pharma, etc.).
• Send timely pre-alerts to all relevant parties.
• Assist with flight planning and space allocation.
• Represent the company at Customs when needed.
• Report safety or security incidents to the Cargo Manager.
• Maintain stock of cargo tags, seals, and checklists.
• Ensure compliance with Emirates SkyCargo standards.

Qualifications and Experience

• G.C.E. A/L or equivalent.
• A Degree or Diploma in the field of Aviation will be an added advantage.
• 1 year in air cargo or GSA operations.
• Strong knowledge of cargo documentation & customs.
• Skilled in SkyChain or other freight systems.
• Computer literate with good coordination skills.
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
