Under 15 Cricket Coach

Trinity College Kandy seeks an individual with drive, professionalism, and creative excellence for the Trinity College Under 15 Cricket Programme. The selected candidate will come directly under the administrative purview of the Principal within the College Sports Management & High-Performance framework.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and conduct regular training sessions.
• Develop players' technical, tactical and physical skills.
• Monitor and evaluate player performance.
• Maintain discipline and promote teamwork and sportsmanship.
• Work closely with the senior coaching staff and school cricket administration.

Requirements:

• Recognised cricket coaching qualifications (level 1, level 2).
• Proven experience in coaching school-level cricket, preferably at U15 level.
• Strong understanding of modern cricket techniques and training methods.
• Ability to develop young cricketers both technically and mentally.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• Previous experience in school or club cricket will be an added advantage.

Important – Potential candidates are requested to disclose their previous coaching stints with Trinity College if relevant and any personal/professional associations they might have had with anyone connected with the College.
