Assistant Electronics Engineer

Our client, a BOI-approved, export-oriented company in a fast growth phase, is looking for a motivated Assistant Electronics Engineer to join their growing engineering team.

• Position: Assistant Electronics Engineer
• Experience: Fresher – 1 Year (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
• Qualification: Degree / Diploma in Electronics or Mechatronics

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop Printed Circuit Boards (PCBs).
• Troubleshoot and maintain electronic equipment.
• Design, develop, test, and fabricate electronic systems and prototypes from concept to implementation.
• Oversee and support the PCB assembly and testing process.
• Perform electronic testing, debugging, and fault diagnosis.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation.
• Collaborate with the engineering team on product development and continuous improvement.
• Ensure quality standards are maintained throughout production.

Required Skills

• PCB design using industry-standard CAD software.
• Understanding of analog and digital electronic circuits.
• Soldering and PCB assembly knowledge.
• Electronic troubleshooting and debugging skills.
• Ability to read schematics and technical drawings.
• Ability to plan, execute, and support automation projects, including control systems, sensors, actuators, and PLC-based solutions.
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
